Starting Sunday, January 4, our worship theme will be Simple Church, based on the book by Thom Rainer and Eric Geiger. The simple revolution has begun. From the design of the iPod to the uncluttered Google home page, simple ideas are changing the world.
Simple Church clearly calls for Christians to return to the simple gospel-sharing methods of Jesus. No bells or whistles required, so to speak. Based on case studies of four hundred American churches, the authors prove that the process for making disciples has quite often become too complex. Simple churches are thriving, and they are doing so by taking these four ideas to heart: Clarity. Movement. Alignment. Focus.
9:30 AM Worship
10:35 – No Discovery Hour this week. The leaders will be having a training meeting. Our normal Discovery Hour will kick off on Sunday, January 11.

2-3 year olds: Toddler Nursery Room # 104
For Our Children during Worship: Children’s Worship will be offered during the for 4 year olds—2nd grade in room 111. They will be dismissed after the offering. Three year olds are invited to activity time in Room 104. Our Infant and Toddler Nurseries are available for children ages newborn through age 2 in room 100. Children’s Bulletins, coloring sheets and crayons are on the children’s table in the foyer.
