After worship on June 21, we will hold a brief congregational meeting to vote on the 2009/2010 Budget and to approve new Elder Board members.

Copies of the 2009/2010 Budget are available at the Welcome Center at church, or you may request one by emailing Jay Westview .
Affirmation of New Elder Board members on June 21
Our process for choosing Elder Board members, as delineated in our bylaws, is to receive suggestions from the congregation and to give you a slate of elder board candidates for your approval. The Nominations Team has received your suggestions and made its recommendations to the Elder Board. The Elder Board has chosen Dennis Schmitt and Brent Vander Waal to replace Dave Watson and Steve Hoogeveen who are rolling off the board. As stated in our Book of Church Order, we are publishing their names, “in order that any legitimate objections may be presented to the board of elders for its judgment”. If there are no objections before June 21, we will give the congregation the opportunity to vote at our congregational meeting.
