YOUTH NEWS . . .

CANCELLED: Youth Group for Sr. High and Jr. High is called off tonight due to bad weather! Perhaps a family game night is in order!

Rocky Mountain High: Registrations have been sent in for 16 students and 3 leaders. They will be processed at the end of this week and we should hear back in the next few weeks from the Rocky Mountain High office.

Lent: We are now entering the season of Lent. Today is Ash Wednesday and marks 40 days until Easter (minus Sundays). Ash Wednesday and the entire Season of Lent is a time that we can join together and confess our sins, while seeking the forgiveness and new life that is promised to us in Jesus. This time of reflection is often marked by fasting, or giving up something that comes between us and God. All of this is in preparation for the joyful day that our Lord was resurrected from the dead, for Easter!

Alpha: We will be sharing Wednesday nights for the following 6 weeks with Alpha and Alpha Bits. I ask that we all be respectful, patient, and kind to all of the new people that we will be seeing around Westview. What a privilege we have to show Christ to people that don't know him yet!
